Breast augmentation is one of the most requested procedures in aesthetic surgery, and the modern goal is a natural, proportionate result rather than an obvious one. Whether you want to restore volume lost after pregnancy or weight change, improve balance between the two sides, or simply enhance your shape, the surgery is tailored entirely to your body and your goals. Mr. Khalil uses high-quality implants and, where suitable, fat transfer, choosing the approach and implant that best complement your natural anatomy.
Breast augmentation suits adults with fully developed breasts who would like more volume, better balance between the sides, or a fuller shape — often after pregnancy, breastfeeding, or weight loss has reduced volume. Good candidates are in good general health, non-smokers or willing to stop, and have realistic expectations about achieving a result in proportion with their frame. At consultation Mr. Khalil discusses implant options, the fat-transfer alternative, and what is realistic for your starting anatomy and skin.
Surgery is performed under general anaesthetic and usually takes one to two hours. After careful measurement and discussion of implant size, shape, and profile, the implant is placed either behind the breast tissue or partly beneath the chest muscle through a discreet incision, most often in the crease beneath the breast. Where only a modest, natural increase is wanted, fat transfer — using liposuction to move your own fat to the breast — may be an option. The choice is guided by your goals and anatomy.
Most people return to light activities and desk-based work within a week or two, with a fuller return to normal life by around three to four weeks. A supportive surgical bra is worn to aid healing, and you can expect tightness, swelling, and some discomfort in the first days that eases steadily. Strenuous exercise and heavy lifting are avoided for around six weeks. The breasts settle into their final, softer, more natural shape over the following weeks to months.
That is the aim. By matching implant size, shape, and placement to your frame — or using fat transfer for a modest increase — Mr. Khalil works to a result that looks and feels natural for you.
Implants give a more defined, adjustable increase in size; fat transfer offers a subtle, natural enhancement using your own tissue. The best option depends on your goals and anatomy, discussed at consultation.
Modern implants are durable but not necessarily lifelong. They do not require routine replacement on a fixed schedule, but may need revision in future — this is covered fully at consultation.
Many women can breastfeed after augmentation, as the surgery generally preserves the breast tissue and ducts. Mr. Khalil will discuss your individual situation before surgery.
